Rukard Home had purchased and sold 3743 Cody Road perched high above in the Bel-air adjacent corridor of Sherman Oaks with plans. The plans made by Rukard Home proposed to add nearly 630 SF to the existing 2,250 SF home and add a raised spa within the existing pool.

Rukard Home sold the property for $1,800,000 in March 2023.
